Hollow Rotary Actuator is a revolutionary product which could be used in a variety of rotary motion occasions and replace DD MOTOR and cam divider. It combines high work efficiency, high precision, high rigidity and high cost performance. It strikes a balance between the two, repeat positioning accuracy is less than 15 arcsec, the motor is easily configured, and the load is stable. It can be matched with AC servo motor or step motor to do any angle division, which can meet the digital control that the divider cannot achieve, and the positioning accuracy is comparable to DD motors. Hollow structure

The turntable is a hollow structure, and the servo motor is connected to the side, which is convenient for the installation of the gas pipe and the electric wire in the jig.

High repeat positioning accuracy

The hollow rotating platform adopts a single-stage helical gear deceleration method to increase the output torque. The gear accuracy level is below 5, and  the flexible backlash adjustment mechanism controls the backlash by changing the center distance between the two gears, so that the hollow rotating platform has a very small loopback and the repeated positioning accuracy is below 5 arcseconds.  

High rigidity

The turntable is supported by a set of precision cross-roller bearings. The rollers in the bearing are staggered by 90 degrees, and the roller diameter is slightly larger than the raceway size between the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing. There is a pre-tightening force between the inner and outer rings and the rollers, so the servo rotating platform turntable supported by the bearing can withstand various moments such as radial, axial and overturning, and its rigidity is more than 10 times that of traditional bearings. 

High rotation accuracy

After the servo rotating platform is assembled, take the cross roller bearing of the platform as the center of rotation, and grind the outer diameter and end face of the turntable again(standard grade is fine turning) to ensure the coaxiality, parallelism and position tolerances of the turntable.

Arbitrary motor configuration

The hollow rotary platform can flexibly change the interface size through customized flange and input shaft hole, suitable for connecting servo motors and stepper motors of any brand.
